We are now offering online appointments and repeat prescriptions - please ask at reception for a login user name and password to access this service or use your NHS App.

Patient Online Access to Their GP Record

We recommend using your NHS app however:

The Oswald Road Medical Centre promotes and offers the facility to enable patients to have online access to appointments, prescriptions, allergies and adverse reactions. Also patients can now request access to your medical records via systmonline - this is your medical records held on our clinical IT system only, any historical paper records will not be included. (If you require access to your historical paper records this must be requested directly with the practice, preferably in writing).

Following receipt of your request to access your online records please be advised it may take the practice up to 10 working days to review your application and grant access if appropriate.

This is a guide only and in some circumstances may take longer and you will therefore be placed on a waiting list.

In order to have access to the online service you must present in person at reception with 2 forms of ID; photographic ID (i.e. passport) and something with your address on i.e. utility bill. On receipt you will be issued your username and password to create an online account.

If you do not already have a user name and password for this system – please ask at reception.
