Late Arrivals or DNAs Posted or Updated on 3 Jul 2024

Recently many people are arriving late or not turning up for their appointment and are upset when they then cannot be seen as the Clinician has moved onto the next appointment.  

It is not clinically safe to see patients in shorter appointment slots and puts staff under pressure when they are already extremely busy.  

We would like to politely ask you arrive 10 minutes early for your appointment at Oswald Road Medical Centre or if you are unable to attend to cancel your appointment so the time can be used for somebody else.
