Running from 2nd to 8th September, this annual event encourages people to get their blood pressure checked.

We believe every adult should know their blood pressure numbers in the same way they know their height and weight.

Did you know high blood pressure usually has no symptoms and left untreated can cause health problems.

The good news is you can get a free, simple blood pressure check today. If your blood pressure is high, there are things you can do to treat it.

Wednesday, 4th September:
- St John's Market: 11.00am to 2.00pm
- The Arc, Westcliff: 10.00am to 3.00pm
- The PODS: 3.00pm to 5.00pm
Saturday, 7th September:
- Scunthorpe United Home Game: From 2.00pm
