SEND Annual survey Posted or Updated on 11 Sep 2024

Residents of North East Lincolnshire are being asked to share their experiences of services for children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) in the area.

The SEND Annual survey helps North East Lincolnshire Council to see what is working and how services can improve to meet the needs of children and young people with additional needs, and their families.

The survey, launches Monday September 9 for six weeks, asks a broad range of questions about peoples’ experience of our offer and we ask as many of you as possible to take part.

You can respond to the survey anonymously or you can leave your contact details so that we can follow up with you about any of the points that you raised.

Parents and carers can complete the survey via:
Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND) – Parents Survey 2024 | QuestionPro Survey

Children and young people can complete the survey via:
Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND) – Young People & Children’s Survey 2024 | QuestionPro Survey

If you need to speak to someone to give your views or ask any questions or you need a copy of the survey posting to you, you can ring the Engagement team on 01472 324380 or send an email to consultation@nelincs.gov.uk. The survey can be produced in large print upon request.

The survey launches on Monday 9 September and closes on Friday 18 October at midnight.
