Heart Health Survey Posted or Updated on 20 Aug 2025

Humber and North Yorkshire Integrated Care Board are working closely with partners across the health and care system to reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease across our local community. A key part of this programme of work involves raising awareness of the importance of knowing your blood pressure and cholesterol numbers and how to get tested.

A survey has been designed to capture people's thoughts and views to help improve our understanding and improve local services and support. We would greatly appreciate if you could share this opportunity with your patient groups, staff and networks and encourage people to share their views.
